The Zone 2011 HD system is built to withstand the trail as well as make a great daily driver. The one piece main crossmembers in combination with the CNC machined steering knuckles create OE style geometry for the ride you demand. The differential skid plate/belly pan offers off-road protection for the serious trails. Combine this with vehicle specific valved Zone shocks and you have a winning combination all made in the USA!

Torsion bar unloading/loading tool required
Frame bracket modifications required for installation
With a 20" Wheel a 5"-6" backspacing is recommended
Rear kit designed for single rear wheel axles.
Stock 17" or 18" Wheels cannot be re-installed
Estimated Install Time: 6-8 hours
Max Tire Size: 35 x 12.50
Wheel Backspacing: 4.5-4.625 for 17/18, 5-6" for 20
